Enterprise Zones
The state offers incentives for business investment and job creation in four types of Economic Development Areas (EDAs): Enterprise Zones; Local Agency Military Base Recovery Areas (LAMBRA); Manufacturing Enhancement Areas (MEA); and, Targeted Tax Areas (TTA).
Within the East Bay, we have four of these zones; three Enterprise Zones and one LAMBRA.
