East Bay EDA Tradeshows Marketing Program

Public, non-profit or business resource programs can participate in the East Bay EDA's booth at selected Bay Area tradeshows at no charge. Working a 2 to 3 hour shift entitles participants to have their collateral material material on display in the booth, take advantage of this very cost effective way and very efficient way to reach East Bay, Bay Area, national and international businesses in targeted industry sectors. Booth participants will be able to have their collatoral material/handouts on display throughout the tradeshow and will lso receive all of the leads generated in the booth before the rest of the East Bay EDA members receive them.

The East Bay EDA will also participate in TeamCalifornia booth at tradeshows held outside of the Bay Area (like BIO and MD&M) and East Bay EDA public, non-profit and/resource members may be an East Bay representative at these shows for a participation fee of $350 to $500 (established by and payable to TeamCalifornia).

BIOMEDevice 2008

The East Bay EDA will have a booth at the BIOMEDevice 2008 tradeshow, September 10-11, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in San Jose. 

All of our city and “business resource” members are welcome to participate at no charge, by helping to staff the booth for a two hour shift.  You are strongly encouraged to take a couple of extra hours to contact other exhibitors in the exhibit hall as this is a very efficient way of connecting with businesses that constitute a very strong and important cluster for the East Bay.

To sign up to be in the East Bay EDA booth, just download the booth schedule, place your name and on your preferred shift and fax or email it in.  The booth schedule and signup form is available here in PDF format or Word format.
