The Retreat program began with a welcome by Keith Carson, East Bay EDA Chair & Supervisor, Alameda County, and by Peter Wilson, Dean of the California State University, East Bay, Concord Campus.

The results of the election of East Bay EDA Officers were provided by Zack Wasserman, East Bay EDA General Counsel, and Partner, Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, as follows: Chair: Keith Carson; Vice Chair: Mike Brown; Second Vice Chair: Tomi Van de Brooke; and the other Second Vice Chair: David Ciesco.
